Minimum 2-3 Why do you want to be on the Valkyrie Networks staff team?  I want to be on the Valkyrie Networks staff team because I haven't enjoyed a server like this in a long time, I want to preserve this server and protect all people within the community from others that want to break rules and ruin the reputation of the server. I want to be staff to be a role model staff and to do my best to enforce the rules of Valkyrie.  What can you bring to the Valkyrie Networks staff team? What I can bring to the staff team is experience of being not only a lower staff member but a superior staff member, I am experienced in the whole spectrum of the staff command structure. I do not participate in the activity known as favoratism, I go by the rules and use facts only. I am a leader, and I am excellent and communicating. If I see something wrong I will say something, if I see someone struggling I will help, if I see someone confused I will give the knowledge I can. I want to help this community as it is fun and I want to protect the experience from being a negative one. Professionalism is key, and that is what I have. If a player is reported to commit RDM how would you find out if he truly doing so, and if he was what would you do to punish him(please review the 2020 vision section of the rules) Opinions/accusations are NOT evidence, investigating and gathering evidence is the best I can do before enforcing a rule unless I directly see it occur before me. I would gather ALL information from both parties and come up with a solution, if no evidence is gathered, no punishment can be enforced. If evidence is gathered I would evaluate the evidence and either use my discretion to not enforce punishment or enforce a punishment according to the rule enforcement document. Opinions cannot be mixed within enforcement, only facts must be considered. If you see another staff member abusing perms / rank what would you do, who would you tell? Staff are not above the server rules, if I see fellow staff breaking the server rules I would try to conversate with the offender and tell them to stop immedietly, if they do not and persist I will gather evidence and report it to a higher command. Describe a situation in which you were falsly accussed of breaking rules and or harshly punished by staff. I cannot remember a situation where I was falsly accused, I own up to all my mistakes. *Side Note* People may -1 because of how much time I have on the server. it's like a job, they do not evaluate you by how much time you have spent in their shop, they evaluate you by your experience and characteristics.
