Do you have a microphone and agree to screen share with players to confirm their claims during sits? I do indeed have a Mic and i fully aggre to any terms that are needed.

Do you have any warns/bans on the server? i was kick and verbally warned once by Iroc, but it was a miscommunication that lead to the kick.
Do you have any previous experience with staffing on a GMOD server (If YES then what position and for how long)? I do not. this is the first and only Gmod server i have really played. but i have been here for almost 4 moths now and am pretty familiar with the majority of the rules. i feel i have a pretty level head in all situations and am fully capable of listening to both sides of an issue and able to deliver unbias action.
Can you share with us your best experience with StarWarsRP or JvS servers)? my whole experience here on Valk i really. like all the players here and the environment we try to keep. bar a few hickups here and there this is a pretty tight ship and id like to help keep her on course.
How many days could you be on per week? i log on daily
How many hours could you be on per day? i average about 5-6 hours a night on a work night and full days on my days off.
Why do you want to be on the Valkyrie Networks staff team?
What can you bring to the Valkyrie Networks staff team? As stated in the "best experience " section. I truly enjoy all the time i spend on this server all players it has. i grew with many of them and watched a good many more grow here. all while being taut and aided by the veratrin staff/players i would like the opportunity to pay some of that back and play it forward. as the server continues to grow daily there is going to be a need for more entry level staff to tend to the mundane task and trivial problems that arise that senior staff shouldn't have to worry about.
If a player is reported to commit RDM how would you find out if he truly doing so, and if he was what would you do to punish him(please review the 2020 vision section of the rules) First i was take the parties evolved aside and find out if the accuser has actual evidence of the RDM. if appropriate evidence is produced i will issue the offender a verbal warning and point him to the rules an suggest he brushes up on them before he gets himself in to actual trouble. if the issue consists i will consult senior staff if one is available if no senior staff is on hand i will apply a 6 hour ban to the offender.
If you see another staff member abusing perms / rank what would you do, who would you tell? i would first document the abuse, then stop them from commuting any further abuse followed by alerting senior staff and founders of the incident.
Describe a situation in which you were falsly accussed of breaking i have never been accused falsely or other wise for breaking rules as i try my best to stick to them.
